This PTC site has been around since 2002, and they pay 2 to 5 cents per ad. The minimum cashout is $3 for free members and $1 for upgraded members. They pay thru alertpay or check. I waited to get paid first before i promote the site, to be sure that it's not a scam, and a day after my cashout request, i was paid. I was even allowed to advertise my site for free, and the admin even gives random payouts with a "bonus". When i say "bonus", it means that i got paid $3 even when my balance is around $2+ only. No other PTC site gives payout bonuses to their members, that's why i love this site.
