Recently elected to our condominium board's "Architectural Control Committee", I am working on soliciting cost estimates from a wide variety of contractors. As such, I am interested in gathering referrals for San Jose carpet cleaners whom are available to clean our clubhouse carpets on an occasional basis. We need these folks to be bonded and licensed.
